RETREATS

A weekend or a week long retreat in the UK or abroad for business owners and professionals over 40 who KNOW that environment matters and who are ready to immerse themselves into a whole new way of daily living so that they can implement the habits that will free them from guilt, shame and self-sabotage immediately. 


Retreats are run as 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 experiences or small groups of up to 6 people. 


No phones, no interuptions, no distractions means that you get to focus fully on re-connecting to yourself, getting to know and understand what you really think and feel and an opportunity to remove the many masks you wear and reveal the true you! 


You get the chance to try different ways of living and being in a space and a place without judgments or expectations.

Having your own space is an important part of learning to give body, mind and soul what it needs. You will use your room as your santuary through out the retreat.

Hands on experiential learning is the fastest way to learn and retain new and important information. Learning via doing so that you connect faster with what FEELS good and what doesn't is a key part of giving yourself permission to be free. 

Redesign and refine your own morning & evening routines

A god night sets you up for a great morning and while you are away you get to experiment and play around with what works best for you as a winning evening and morning routine. 

Food & drink

Meals are planned and you will be able to be hands on with chossing and prepararing meals so that you start to really understand nutrient snad what foods work for YOUR body to energise and vitalise.
